EXCHANGE POLICY: To request an exchange for a purchase, please note that you have up to twenty (20) days from the delivery date of your order. The product must be in perfect condition (New), unused, and in its original packaging, including all packaging and tags.

Our quality department will review it and provide a response within five (5) business days.

  • Exchanges of garments are made for the value already paid.

  • Transportation and shipping costs incurred must be covered by the buyer.

WARRANTIES: Our items have a 40-day warranty from the date of purchase. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

RETURN POLICY: Wisd gives its customers the possibility to withdraw from the purchase made; for this, they have a period of 5 business days after the delivery of the product.
